The king of silent hurt is back. After almost four years of silence since the overwhelming success of “Among Horses III” (with Haley Heynderickx), Max García Conover returns with his new album “deer”, released by the Barcelona based label Son Canciones.
During the pandemic, Max found solace by giving weekly concerts in the attic of his house in Maine (USA) playing new songs for his most critical audience: himself. Only the best of the best endured. The result are the ten songs of “deer”, including “mud”, the collaboration with The Ballroom Thieves that gathered tens of thousands of listeners in less than one month on the most important streaming platforms.

This limited edition of CD comes with a “Little Book of Songs & Stories” written by Max and handmade with love in Barcelona.

Vuelve el rey del dolor calmo. Tras casi cuatro años de silencio desde el éxito abrumador de “Among Horses III” (con Haley Heynderickx), Max García Conover regresa con su nuevo disco “deer”, editado por el sello barcelonés Son Canciones.
Durante la pandemia Max encontró consuelo dando pequeños conciertos semanales en el altillo de su casa en Maine (EEUU) tocando nuevas canciones para su público más crítico: él mismo. Solo aguantaron las mejores de las mejores canciones. El resultado son los diez títulos de “deer”, incluido “mud”, la colaboración con The Ballroom Thieves que en menos de un mes congregó a decenas de miles de oyentes en las plataformas más importantes.

La edición limitada de CD viene acompañada por un “Pequeño Libro de Canciones e Historias” escritas por Max y hechas a mano con amor en Barcelona.
